Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with project management tools, ERP systems (e.g., ABAS or similar), and PDM systems. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
