Order Processing & Accounting Assistant (Part-Time) We are a small electronics accessories company located in Pleasanton, working closely with suppliers in China. We’re currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Order Processing & Accounting Assistant to join our team. Position Details: * Part-time * Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day * Start time: 10:00 AM, with a flexible lunch break Key Responsibilities: * Generate and send invoices to customers * Verify order items before shipping * Process payments and follow up on overdue invoices * Assist with order-related tasks * Provide general office support as needed Requirements: * Able to communicate in both English and Chinese * Basic knowledge of computer applications (Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and email) * Attention to detail and good organizational skills If you’re interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
