Description: We are seeking a motivated and organized Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two unique businesses: a Salsa Dance School and a Beauty Spa (not a salon), located in Freehold and Edison, NJ. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and proactive in helping to grow clientele and enhance community presence. Responsibilities include: Greeting and assisting clients in a professional and welcoming manner Managing daily studio and spa operations, scheduling, and appointments Uploading and maintaining advertising/marketing content on social media platforms Networking locally to bring in new leads, partnerships, and clientele Supporting business growth strategies and community outreach Assisting with administrative tasks, including light billing and client communications Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Social media and marketing knowledge (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented Previous experience in management, hospitality, or marketing a plus Schedule: Flexible hours are required Availability on weekends (some or all weekends) is necessary Compensation: Based on experience.
