Position: Administrative Manager needed for a construction company. Location: West Hills, CA Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Friday: 8:00AM-2:00PM Duties: 1. Pull permits. 2. Follow up with the city. 3. Call for inspections. 4. Field communication with subcontractors, runners, and sales reps. 5. Oversee and manage projects to make sure subs are completing in a timely manner. 6. Administrative duties. Requirements: 1. Must have 1+ year experience working in a construction office. 2. Must have perfect English. 3. Must be organized and very detail oriented. 4. Computer savvy. 5. High communication skills. Compensation: $5,000-$7,000 per month depending on experience plus bonuses.
