Responsibilities: The temporary Gallery Attendant will be responsible for opening the Gallery each day. Responsibilities include: Get keys from designated spot Turn on all lights Open gallery doors The temporary Gallery Attendant will be responsible for answering the Gallery phone. Responsibilities include: Answering calls using a script Taking down basic client information - name, phone number, email, request. Always keeping the phone nearby for calls to ensure prompt responses to client requests and inquiries. Returning any missed calls.
