Description

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. This position is responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling cleaning and service technicians, and supporting administrative tasks including customer invoicing. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner. • Provide friendly and efficient customer service as the first point of contact. • Enter service schedules. • Maintain scheduling records and ensure accuracy of appointments. • Prepare, process, and email customer invoices in a timely manner. • Assist with maintaining office records, files, and data entry as needed. • Support general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills. • Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure. • Previous experience with Smart Service and Quick Books preferred. • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred. Work Environment • Office-based role with regular interaction with employees, drivers, technicians, and customers. • Must be comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

We are looking for a compassionate and organized Care Coordinator to support our team and the families we serve. In this role, you’ll find and help connect caregivers with patients, making sure schedules run smoothly and care is provided when it’s needed most.
