Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to promote all AdvisaCare service lines. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations. Conduct presentations and educational sessions to raise awareness of home health and hospice options. Assess and identify the needs of potential clients and their families in the home health and hospice sectors. Coordinate with administrative/clinical staff to ensure smooth transitions of care for patients. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or home health industry. Strong understanding of home health and hospice services, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and healthcare professionals. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client needs and documentation. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. Commitment to providing compassionate and quality care to clients and their families.
