Description: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Manager / Shop Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on office/shop position with a mix of administrative tasks and physical activity. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing parts inventory and helping coordinate shop work. Responsibilities include: Organize, stock, and maintain parts inventory Ship and receive parts efficiently Prepare quotes and handle parts-related customer/vendor communications Assist in scheduling technicians and managing shop workflow Maintain a clean and organized workspace Regular walking/moving around the shop and office area Requirements: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, quoting systems) Comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment Able to lift/move parts and be on your feet throughout the day Previous parts, warehouse, or scheduling experience is a plus Schedule: Full-time – Monday through Friday (Some flexibility may be required depending on workload) Location: Allenstown NH Compensation: 20-25/HR To Apply: Please reply with your resume and a brief message about your experience and availability.
