Position: Office Administrator needed for a leading international defense contractor. Location: Carson, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00AM/9:00AM-2:00PM/3:00PM Duties: 1. Manage accounting/bookkeeping and payroll processing. 2. Update QuickBooks. 3. Minimal HR duties such as onboarding, employee of the month, birthdays. 4. Generate invoices & labels. 5. Act as a liaison between management and employees. 6. Training coordination. 7. Logistics in compliance with California law. 8. Handle scheduling and coordination. Requirements: 1. Proficient with QuickBooks. 2. Bilingual in Spanish. 3. Must be organized and very detail oriented. 4. Computer savvy. 5. Excellent customer service and communication skills. 6. Must be able to pass a background check with homeland security. 7. Prior experience in the military industry, preferred. 8. Background in construction project management is an advantage.
