The Service Division’s business hours are Mondays 6:30am to 3:00pm and Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Flexibility is needed to account for employees working an alternative schedule, but the priority should be placed on aligning one’s schedule with the primary business hours. Insurance requires candidates to be 25 years or older, have a valid driver’s license, and successfully pass a driving record screening to meet their requirements. • A candidate who has successfully supervised at least 15 or more employees at a given time, including interviewing, training, and engaging in performance management • Minimum of 5 years of management and supervisory experience is required • Successful completion of the interview process and pre-employment requirements.
