We specialize in RV repair and customization on all types of recreational vehicles. A shop manager at Cascade Custom Coach handles day to day operations on a professional level. They have knowledge of what is going on which each job and can update customers accordingly. They will be able to delegate daily tasks to technicians and keep track of each jobs progress. Required: • Reliable transportation • Punctual and willing to work full time (overtime available) • Self-starter • Team player • Strong communication skills • Maintain a clean work environment • Maintain a professional attitude no matter the circumstance • Maintain a clean work environment • Ability to delegate tasks to other employees • Maintain a clean cut, professional persona in front of customers and coworkers • Must be able to pass background check and drug test Office: • Keep office tidy for customers to walk into. o i.e., vacuum rugs, wipe counters and clean accordingly • Create quotes, invoices and receive payment for jobs via QuickBooks • Working with insurance companies and submit supplements when needed • Work alongside bookkeeper with backend filing and be able to answer supplier invoice questions • Schedule jobs accordingly • Research best price and availability on parts for jobs • Learns and maintains current product knowledge on all RV’s, service and product lines that are used • Handles all pick up and drop off procedures Ordering and Receiving: • Order all parts needed for specific jobs • Maintain shop stock • Keep track of all parts ordered and received for customer jobs • Check tracking daily to confirm accurate delivery time • Check all parts received for damage Shop: • Delegate tasks to technicians on what to prioritize each day • Inspect and approve all finished work before job leaves shop • Keep track of shop supplies inventory and order accordingly • Update shop white board with tasks needed to be completed for each job • Assist shop techs on jobs when needed Communication: • Communicates questions, major problems, and results to the Owner in a timely manner • Effectively manages employee productivity, store expenses and inventory Pay to be determined depending on experience * SERIOUS INQUIRYS ONLY | HIRING IMMEDIATELY!
