Our client, a top global PE firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a senior executive and their team in Hudson Yards. Seeking a solution-oriented individual who is adaptable, flexible, and has a sharp eye for details! The hours are 8:30am-5:00pm with accessibility via email after hours. This role is onsite five days a week. Responsibilities: * Provide heavy calendar management and scheduling support for the Head of Enterprise Risk and team * Coordinate internal meetings, conference calls, and occasional events/projects * Arrange travel and process expenses (Amex travel and Concur preferred) * Manage and prioritize a high volume of requests with discretion and confidentiality * Serve as a reliable point of contact and liaison across internal teams and senior stakeholders * Anticipate needs and proactively problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred * 5-7+ years of EA experience, ideally within a prestigious financial services or professional services firm * Strong judgment, instincts, and discretion in handling sensitive information * Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail * Solutions-oriented and adaptable with the ability to manage shifting priorities * Proficiency in MS Office Compensation/Benefits: * Up to $120K + bonus * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401K with match; HSA and commuter benefits; fitness reimbursement * Free breakfast, lunch, coffee, and snacks daily (onsite cafe access) * Family planning benefits * PTO + Sick Time accrual Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
