ZOOM ADU is hiring a part-time Operations & Project Coordinator to keep our ADU, remodel, and concrete projects organized and on track. This is a monthly retainer role (not hourly). We are only considering applicants with construction administration or project coordination experience. Must-Have Qualifications (please do not apply without these): - 3+ years in construction administration, permitting, or project coordination - Experience working with city or county permitting in California - Strong organizational and scheduling skills - Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), project management software, and Quickbooks (or similar) - Reliable transportation for local site/vendor visits Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate permit submittals and follow-ups with city staff - Maintain project schedules and milestones - Organize specialty material orders (doors, windows, fixtures, finishes) - Support field crews and build partners with scheduling and logistics - Track budgets and project expenses - Provide vendor support and light jobsite assistance when needed Location: North County San Diego (hybrid – mostly remote, some jobsite/vendor visits) Compensation: $2,000–$2,500/month retainer (approx. 15–20 hrs/week to start, with potential to grow into full-time).
