Our client, a nonprofit educational organization, is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support their Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Partnerships Officer. They are looking for an individual who is a strong multitasker, has refined communication and organization skills, and can adapt in a fast-paced environment. This role is 100% remote with occasional limited travel for company events or conferences. The hours are 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility for overtime as needed. A bachelor's degree is required. Responsibilities: * Manage complex calendars, meetings, and priorities for two senior executives * Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings to maximize executive productivity * Handle tasks including expense reports, travel coordination, communication drafting, filing, and confidential information management * Maintain strong organizational systems to ensure seamless operations and quick access to information * Manage stakeholder relationships with discretion, serving as a key point of contact for internal and external partners * Build and improve executive assistant workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures across the EA team, including coaching and mentoring Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-Suite executives * Bachelor's degree required * Nonprofit or edtech experience preferred, open to industry * Exceptional organizational skills, judgment, and attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve proactively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment * Collaborative, flexible, and passionate about the organization's mission Compensation/Benefits: * $85,000 - $95,000 base salary * Medical, Dental, and Vision with employee contribution * 401K with employer match * Flexible PTO and sick days * Additional 2 weeks off between Christmas and New Year's, and extended July 4th weekend Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
