International Private Equity firm seeks to hire a Temp to Permanent Team Executive Assistant to support their Credit Team. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background as an executive assistant professionally preferably out of finance or a similar corporate firm. Responsibilities will include heavy calendar management, answering phones, coordinating travel, processing and submitting expense reports, preparing correspondence, filing and scanning documents, and other administrative tasks as requested. The ideal candidate will have 2 + years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a team in a fast paced environment, have an upbeat and team player mentality, able to roll-up their sleeves and pitch in wherever needed, and be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm. Permanent salary is up to 90K depending on experience. I would need someone to meet face to face once per week, go out into the field as necessary for training, and exposure to the industry’s faces, attend infrequent meetings with County agencies.
