We are seeking a self-motivated individual for an Administrative Support role with the ability to quickly learn new tasks. Must have multi-task ability with exceptional computer knowledge, organizational & customer service skills. Pay: $20/hr Schedule: Mon – Fri: 8am – 4:30pm Job type: Full Time - Temp to hire Automobile: Must have valid driver’s license & a vehicle current with registration and insurance Parking: Available Key Responsibilities: • Answer and direct phone calls. • Greet visitors using company protocol for Covid. • Handle administrative requests from management. • Take detailed minutes at meetings. • Book travel arrangements. • Assist with planning of company functions. • Excellent writing skills for documents and correspondence • Create and update excel spreadsheets. • Maintain filing system for hard copy and soft copy documents. • Ordering of office supplies, promotional items. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Assistant to support our medical billing department in a mental health clinic setting. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and process physical mail related to billing, ensuring that all documents are scanned and securely sent to the medical billing team.
