We've had a school in Cupertino for 3 1/2 years now, with our original flagship in Santa Cruz, California.. Our school offers Private Music Lessons, Group Classes, Real Rock & Jazz Band Classes, Music Camps and Concert Performances! Job Description: "RRB Coordinator:" Fast-moving, highly demanding, multi-tasking job, focused on maintaining and helping the daily operations of a busy music school. This job works in conjunction with the roles & responsibilities of the full-time Operations Manager. Main duties include regular daily operations (check schedule, making sure kids arrive for group classes), recruiting new band members, sales as well as greeting students and their families, and answering phone calls, emails, and texts. Handling customer-related matters for our students and their families. **You will also be required to do marketing; contacting schools, districts, chambers, recreation centers, etc. & creating new community networks. Duties may also include creating newsletters social media posting, , creating flyers on Canva, following up on inquiries, & building relationships with our community; which is the most important part of this job! You will also be required to attend events, transport & setup stage equipment. This is a fun and creative job, perfect for someone who has a passion & will for learning all the tasks that create a successful school & business. Are you ready? Days & Hours Schedule: (Monday - Friday) TBD; approximately starting at 2 or 3PM, and working till 7 or 8PM (depending on teaching schedule) (1 - 2 +/- hour may have some flexibility with hours) Job Type: Part-time
