Professional and locally owned Self Storage Company looking for a part-time maintenance manager for 3 days a week. There maybe extra hours available for special projects on site. Immediate opening. Criminal/credit background required. Positions are ideal for people looking for a 2nd job, part-time, retired, or need a job for a few days. Must be able to handle lifting of storage doors, site clean up, general maintenance skills, painting, gutter cleaning, office and bathroom cleaning and maintenance, able to use power tools and sweeping units. Interacting with the general public and having excellent customer service skills. Must be a self starter with site tasks. We are a drug free company. The ideal candidate will not only handle the day-to-day responsibilities of property management but will also play a pivotal leadership role as our team grows — including assisting with future hiring, training, and team development.
