We are a New York Financial Investment Firm that is seeking a licensed DRE broker to expand operations in California through a lucratively positioned operating Mortgage company as a conduit. We are seeking a licensed person that is a qualified DRE broker and has a NMLS designation. We are offering two (2) options: Minimal involvement in operations after initial setup and filings are completed This person will act as the Broker of Record. Monthly is $3,000 per month Or candidate may choose to become involved in sales/management as an option. 2. Full involvement: ongoing concern operating, No investment required, no licensing fees or other fees. Expected first year compensation plan $400k+ Profit Sharing along with commissions, etc. This lucrative opportunity may be the one you were waiting for. This opportunity is for a mortgage broker that has seen a decline of business over the past couple of years as numerous brokers have experienced.
