We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Person to help care for our rental properties. The ideal candidate can handle a variety of repair and upkeep tasks and takes pride in keeping properties safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role also requires someone who can present units professionally to prospective tenants. Applicants MUST: Have reliable (economical) transportation with current insurance coverage Hold Aspen Grove number or be able to obtain (pass back-ground check).
