Oak Haven MHC LLC, a mobile home community located in Plymouth, MI, is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician. This position performs routine and preventative maintenance, rehab, and landscape work to maintain the physical integrity of the community. Inspects and completes routine maintenance and minor repairs to facilities, streets and vehicles. Rehabs and maintains used and leased homes. Ensures common area lawns are manicured appropriately. Regularly performs lawn care services and services needed to maintain flower/shrub beds. Cleans and maintains community buildings and maintenance garage. Maintains vacant sites. Performs various plumbing tasks. Performs water testing and other maintenance duties related to a well-water system. Removes snow from community streets, parking lots, building entrances. Requirements Previous grounds and maintenance experience preferred. Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, electrical and grounds maintenance. Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment. Ability to walk, climb, stand, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to provide legible written reports. Prior snow removal experience preferred.
