Residential property management office is looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper. Requirements: - at least 5 years of solid bookkeeping experience in real estate/property management and ability to perform duties listed below; - familiarity with standard office equipment including a desktop computer, printer and checks scanner; - familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; - attention to detail; - good writing and verbal skills; - ability to work without supervision. Duties include, but are not limited to: - monitoring payables and receivables; - processing invoices; - applying charges; - reading ledgers.

Experience in general maintenance: basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, appliance repair, and drywall required Efficient at troubleshooting and solving problems Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable using online systems (timesheets, work orders, etc.) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and lift regularly Must be able to lift/move up to 75 lbs Must be able to work on multi-level buildings Comfortable working in a physically active environment REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in maintenance or similar field Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Vehicle insurance Basic personal tool set Must pass a background check This is a Full Time position in Burien.
