About the Role We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of a 10-unit apartment building and a mobile home park. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and capable of managing both preventive and emergency maintenance tasks. Looking for someone to go around to farm and residential properties and take photographs for insurance underwriting and loss prevention purposes. Work area is up to an hour and a half in any direction from La Crosse. Work times are flexible as you would form your own route and schedule. Pay is per property ranging from $12-$40 depending on requested types of photos and information. Should be able to do 15-20 in a day or 7-10 in a half day. Most people who do this for me figure they make $25-$35 per hour for their time now that they are proficient.
