Part-Time Property Manager – 36-Unit Apartment Complex Location: Hutchinson, MN Hours: About 25 hours per week Compensation: $25/hour + leasing commissions We are looking for a dependable, people-friendly Property Manager to help oversee a 36-unit apartment building right here in Hutchinson. This is a great part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized, and taking pride in helping a property run smoothly. What You’ll Do: • Get to know the residents and be a helpful, friendly contact for them. • Show apartments to potential renters and handle applications and leases. • Collect rent and keep simple records. • Work with local vendors and contractors when maintenance is needed. • Walk the property to make sure it’s safe and well-kept. • Help make sure the property follows fair housing rules. Maintenance Technician- experienced - needed for our St. Paul Property Management Company. Seeking ONSITE Maintenance Technicians for our properties in Eagan and East St. Paul and one ROVING Maintenance Technician. Our Company prides itself on OUR 4-DAY WORK WEEK - Monday through Thursday, 7am to 4:30pm with a half hour paid lunch, 100% premium paid medical-dental-life insurance, PTO-ESST-Holiday pay, and a competitive salaries [Onsite Staff from $25-29 and Roving Staff from $27-$32] and is skillset, experience, and certifications.
