Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment and will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors professionally Manage physical and digital filing systems Assist with bank deposits and document delivery Communicate with tenants, contractors, and vendors Support lease and maintenance recordkeeping Assist with general office duties as needed Requirements: Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Prior experience in a property management or administrative role is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer: We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
