About the Role: We are seeking a licensed Broker Manager who thrives in a leadership role and understands agent development, compliance, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Recruit, train, and mentor agents to build a strong, high-performing team. ✅ Ensure compliance with Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) regulations. ✅ Oversee brokerage operations, including transactions, contracts, and risk management. ✅ Develop and execute growth strategies to establish LivX Realty as a top brokerage in Florida. ✅ Support agents with deal structuring, negotiations, and career development. ✅ Promote LivX’s brand and culture, emphasizing a modern, agent-driven experience.
