Part-Time Property Manager – 36-Unit Apartment Complex Location: Hutchinson, MN Hours: About 25 hours per week Compensation: $25/hour + leasing commissions We are looking for a dependable, people-friendly Property Manager to help oversee a 36-unit apartment building right here in Hutchinson. This is a great part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized, and taking pride in helping a property run smoothly. What You’ll Do: • Get to know the residents and be a helpful, friendly contact for them. • Show apartments to potential renters and handle applications and leases. • Collect rent and keep simple records. • Work with local vendors and contractors when maintenance is needed. • Walk the property to make sure it’s safe and well-kept. • Help make sure the property follows fair housing rules. What We’re Looking For: • Someone who enjoys working with people and solving problems. • Good organizational and communication skills. • Some property management or rental experience is required. • Must live within 30 minutes of Hutchinson. • Comfortable with basic computer tasks and keeping records. • Reliable transportation.
