Apartment Leasing Consultant Leasing Consultant Full time with great benefits package including medical, paid time off and 401k. Schedule is Tuesday-Sat. Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 8am to 5pm. Full time Leasing Consultant needed for our beautiful Rancho Penasquitos property. Experience preferred (or strong background in sales and customer service). If you are outgoing, friendly and energetic; have a passion for outstanding customer service then this is the right position for you! The Leasing Consultant has the responsibility, under the supervision of the Community Manager and Assistant Manager, for marketing and promoting rentals. This includes advertising available apartments online, demonstrating apartments and community to prospective renters and securing commitments and deposits from prospective residents. The Leasing Consultant, with the oversight of the Community Manager and Assistant Manager, is also responsible for assisting in the general administration of the 224 unit property. Qualifications Prior Leasing experience preferred Able to work well with little supervision Excellent customer service and ability to handle fast paced work environment Onesite Leasing and Rents experience a plus
