Manage turnover projects to quickly prepare properties for rent. Complete basic maintenance tasks. Create vacancy marketing, including photography and 3D Matterport tours. Document property condition before a resident moves in. Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, maintenance personnel, and vendors to ensure service quality and cost control. Ensure that all maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently, from cosmetic repairs to larger-scale renovations. Lead emergency and high-priority work orders. Quarterly site visits of every property in our portfolio. Manage the material inventory, equipment, and tool kits used by our maintenance team. Conduct routine property inspections to ensure properties are maintained in optimal condition, identifying any maintenance or repair needs. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and personable Resident Manager to oversee day-to-day operations.
