Responsibilities: The Senior Analyst will support Capital Dynamics’ Secondaries platform in focusing on quantitative and qualitative due diligence support for secondary investments. Specific duties include: Running quantitative analysis models for private equity due diligences, analyzing statistical information, conducting quantitative and qualitative industry and investment research, and evaluating new investment opportunities; Writing and presenting investment memorandums and defending investment recommendations to investment committees; Working with investment committees to get approved for depositary and reporting; Monitoring and tracking investments to develop actionable strategies and recommendations; Working with internal and external legal teams to support the execution of negotiations, subscription documents, purchase and sales agreements; Assisting and supporting with marketing and fundraising efforts including updating marketing decks with product and sales team and being part of sale pitches; and other duties as assigned. Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or foreign equivalent). Requirements: 1 year of experience in the job offered or related positions. Other requirements include: 1 year of experience in quantitative portfolio management; 1 year of experience using and analyzing forecasting, pricing, and valuation models written in VBA; 1 year of experience conducting quantitative benchmarking and market research; 1 year of experience writing investment recommendations and reports; and 1 year of experience collaborating with portfolio managers, financial advisors, risk analysts, and senior managing directors to create customized multi-asset portfolios.
