Associate Creative Director/Visual Designer
We're looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director to join our team in Dallas, TX! This hybrid-remote position reports to the Executive Creative Director and focuses on Creative Concepting, UI, and UX Sesign.  Creative Concepting, Direction and Execution (approx. 60%) Generate new creative ideas and concepts for projects, proactive presentations, R&D and business needs, with support from Executive Creative Director. Sometimes leading and sometimes supporting vision from ECD. Thinking through creative across multiple media and a broad range of target markets. Communicate early and often to help ensure that the Design Process meets our timeline for the Phase prior to the Design-to-Dev handoff. Collaborate closely with the Dev Team and 3D Team to develop and produce creative deliverables. Be aware and proactive with brand tone/guidelines and implement consistently. Be a key contributor in our Discovery Phase. Research and create moodboards. Create sketches and photo-bash concept art.
