Requirements THE POSITION: We are seeking coaches for our multi-sport enrichment program. Amazing Athletes was founded in 2003 and has grown into one of the nations largest multi sport enrichment programs with over 50,000 kids enrolled each year. New Coaches can work *5-25 classes a week, earn $25/hr . Our programs come with ready made curriculums and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids! Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach so ensure classes are fun and we create a stress-free environment Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success And finally, our coaches have a blast. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending trainings and follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum THE SCHEDULE: The majority of classes are held during the morning and early afternoon hours as well as weekends. The ideal candidate would have the availability on some of the days and times listed below: Monday-Friday : 9:00 – 11:00 am and 3:00 – 5:00 pm

Our mission is to provide a fun, supportive, and safe environment for children to develop essential skills and foster a love for sports. The Role: As a Coach, you will lead children in exciting, educational activities. You’ll organize and run classes, ensuring each child’s safety, and helping maintain a positive, engaging atmosphere. The ideal candidate has experience working with children (e.g., as a sports coach, camp counselor, teacher, or leader) and enjoys being part of a team. This role is ideal for someone interested in learning more about coaching, child development, or education. Typical classes are 30-45 minutes. Approximately 3-4 classes per day. Current schedule is weekday mornings, but will have future times in afternoon and weekend mornings available. Requirements Experience working with children, preferably in a coaching, teaching, or leadership role. Ability to assist in creating a fun, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere. Enthusiasm for sports and a passion for working with kids. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. Willingness to learn and follow the coaching manual and guidelines. Ability to stay calm and handle challenges with patience and positivity. Must be dependable and punctual. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader). This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work 5-10 classes a week and can earn from $18 to $25 per hour. This program focuses on introducing balance, coordination, cognitive skills, and more through music and movement. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children and has prior experience as a sports coach, teacher, camp leader, or in a similar role. As a Sports Coach with Amazing Athletes, you will be expected to teach the basic fundamentals of 10 different sports following each week's Amazing Athletes curricula to ages 3 to 6 years. Our coaches will begin with training in the Amazing Athletes methods, executing demonstrations in various childcare centers in the territory, starting new classes, enrolling students and looking to consistently grow classes. Conduct/assist classes in an organized, structure, and fun manner. Always arrive early and prepared in advance to teach the class (includes commuting time). You will be responsible for children under your direct supervision. You will effectively and clearly communicate issues to the office and provide solutions.
