We are seeking a high-performing US Operations Project Manager reporting into the Chief of Staff and works closely alongside them to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and support the President’s highest-priority projects and engagements. The ideal candidate is a proactive and agile professional with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence without authority. This is a high-exposure role, offering a unique vantage point into enterprise-wide strategy, transformation, and executive-level decision-making. Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead and support enterprise-wide initiatives originating from the US President’s Office, and alongside the Chief of Staff, ranging from transformation efforts and organizational alignment to annual budget planning processes Collaborate across functions and geographies to gather inputs, align stakeholders, and ensure timely progress on strategic priorities Assist in preparing briefing materials, executive updates, and communication content for the President and senior leadership In collaboration with the Chief of Staff and other key stakeholders, develop a strategic plan for the US organization including cadenced internal communications, cultural initiatives, and other activities to support strong engagement Contribute to the development of clear, impactful internal communications in collaboration with the Chief of Staff and Communication team Maintain an annual business calendar to ensure proactive planning and coordination across the US organization As needed, lead and/or support national and leadership internal meeting planning working cross-functionally to ensure effective and efficient execution Support project management for the US President and Leadership Team including building project plans for strategic projects, assisting with purchase order creation and execution, and budget planning processes Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity Knowledge, Skills and Experience   Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MPA, MPH, or other relevant advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of project management, consulting, or strategic operations experience in biotech or pharma commercial experience required.
