Speech-Language Pathologist – Pediatric Home Health (Houston, TX) Part-Time or Full-Time | Home Health | Clinical & Supervisory Role Are you a skilled and compassionate SLP looking for flexibility, purpose, and professional growth? We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the Houston area to conduct evaluations/re-evaluations for pediatric patients and supervise a dedicated SLPA. What You’ll Do: Provide evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric home health patients Develop and update individualized plans of care in collaboration with families Supervise and mentor an SLPA, including observations and documentation as required by Texas licensure rules Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EMR system Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for each child Schedule & Visit Expectations: Part-Time: Fewer than 23 visits per week Full-Time: 24+ visits per week Flexible scheduling within Houston and surrounding areas (within 20 miles), including ZIP codes such as 77002, 77008, 77024, 77057, 77401, 77459, 77429, and more About Us: At Amazing Care Home Health Services, we've been providing exceptional care to pediatric patients since 2004.
