Key responsibilities include: • Supporting and managing consumer identity lifecycle processes with ForgeRock and Okta platforms, including registration, authentication and account recovery. • Execute and support the IAM strategy for consumer-facing applications, ensuring a seamless and secure experience. • Provide technical expertise and leadership on IAM related incidents, investigations, and resolution. • Self-Service Capabilities: Enhance user autonomy and satisfaction by providing comprehensive self-service options. • Integration: Integrate CIAM solutions with existing systems of record and business insight tools to support data management and business growth. • Manage identity federation across multiple platforms and applications, ensuring a consistent and frictionless login experience. • Maintain a strong working knowledge of relevant IAM technologies within the industry and their capabilities. • Maintain subject matter expertise on new technology as it is added to the environment. • Manage expectations from the Operations manager, Domain Owner, and Sponsor for solution design, architecture, and capabilities. Day to day activities will include: • Ensure support of IAM Production systems according to uptime SLAs. • Work closely with IAM professionals to coordinate in delivering solutions to UAT/Production systems. • Be a frontliner and stay on top of the Production incidents across enterprise-wide consumer IAM solutions and make sure they are addressed and remediated in a timely fashion. • Work closely with Service Recipients, stakeholders, and Enterprise Architecture to identify and manage cross-impacts for security operational/architectural decisions. • Participate with and lead complex problem analysis and problem-solving skills. • Prioritize emerging issues and risks. • Understand business pain points, their impacts, root causes, business needs and solution options.
