Maya Dayclub / Clubhouse is currently looking for a Security Manager to join our team! This is a non-exempt position, with the base compensation ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour. We're searching for a candidate who can: Lead and mentor the Security team. Greet patrons and check IDs. Provide security and safety, protecting bar patrons and staff. Maintain bar supplies, when needed. Monitor bar or club perimeter for safety concerns. Assess customer behavior and intoxication. Removing patrons when necessary. Build a security team with safety and hospitality as core values. Train security staff. Manage labor and write thoughtful schedules. Requirements Excellent communication skills. Excellent leadership skills and experience leading a team. Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures. A guest-oriented mindset. Necessary food, alcohol, and security certifications. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all security operations at the client site, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
