Fuse is looking for an Outside Sales Representative.  Success in this role will require a strong network and in-person relationship building within the Department of Defense. Warfighter-focused design and development is at the heart of Fuse processes. Throughout Fuse development our experienced team applies the best practices of commercial design-think, coupled to the DoD systems engineering framework. The coupling of commercially proven design with rigorous systems engineering gives Fuse an ability to rapidly design, develop and field solutions well inside of typical military design cycles. With an Agile approach to development (for both software and hardware) Fuse rapidly innovates, putting creative concepts into action, and refining those concepts through hands on test, user evaluation, and iteration. You take ownership of your results Friendly rivalries motivate you, you’re competitive, and you go above and beyond to achieve What You’ll Do: Engage directly with US DoD and other Aerospace and Defense customers to explain product features and benefits, build pipelines, and close business deals Provide detailed product information, highlighting benefits and features tailored to the customer’s requirements Use your sales expertise to navigate conversations and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction Sales Associates enjoy: 100% full commission role, giving you the ability to maximize your earnings Comprehensive 3-week paid training program coverall all the fundamentals for success Sales support, including earning commission for leads even if other team members close the deals Requirements Requirements: Ideal candidates will have the following.  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers Excellent communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Make 300+ outbound business-to-business calls daily using an autodialer to connect with potential customers. Comfortable spending 4+ hours daily on the phone. Ability to identify, qualify, and nurture net new small business opportunities. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track activity, manage pipeline, and forecast results. Self-motivated and goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs. Quick learner who can absorb industry and product knowledge to clearly articulate value to prospects.
