Hi! I’m renting out a bedroom in our house in the east palmdale area past 47th street! We have a room on the second floor with a shared bathroom for 1 person. In order to move in we will need a $200 deposit. You will get a key to the house and room, have access to the kitchen, and a shared refrigerator for tenants.
