I have a room to rent in a 6 bedroom Single Family Home in a very nice and quiet neighborhood located behind the Costco and Kohls shopping center. The rent will be $750 a month Plus Utilities. The bathroom will be shared. Free WIFI. The utilities (Water, Gas, and Electric) are split between the tenants in the house. Utilities normally run between $80 and $100 per month. There is a Security Deposit of $750. Room will not be available until September 1st. Currently there are 4 professional/laid back people in the house. The room can come furnished or unfinished.
