We have a smaller furnished room available in our townhouse for a single working person. Exceptionally fine and safe neighborhood. NO PETS, No smoking and no drugs please. You need to be someone who can get along with others as this is a shared house. Your income should be 3x the rent. This means you should have a monthly income of about $2,900. Rent is $850 plus utilities. The utilities are divided by 4. Usually around $100 per month. There is a possibility of a small discount which can be discussed.
