Cozy, bright, private room in charming 3-bed/1-bath apartment - Great Location! Available October 1st! We are two younger professionals looking for a clean, respectful professional, grad student, or mature undergrad to share our 3-bedroom apartment in Mission Hill. Housemates Two males, one mid-30s and one mid-20s, both work full-time. We're both friendly and easygoing, but also very clean and respectful. We tend to be rather quiet and prefer low-key get-togethers over crazy parties. LGBTQ friendly. The Apartment The apartment is a quirky, but comfortable, 2nd-floor unit in a classic Mission Hill triple-decker. The layout is a little odd, which adds to its character. It is a bit outdated but kept very tidy and clean and includes a shared kitchen/dining area, living room, bathroom, and a small back porch. All common areas come furnished, and the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. There is no laundry in the building, but a laundromat is located around the corner, a 2 min walk away. Great location—3 min walk from the Orange Line (Roxbury Crossing) and 10 min from Brigham Circle (Stop & Shop, restaurants, bars, Green E Line, and 39 bus). Convenient to the 66 bus, NEU / Wentworth / MassArt and other Fenway colleges, Longwood Medical, and a 10 min T ride to Downtown. The Room The available room is cozy (about 8.5’x10’ and ~90 sq.ft.) It is unfurnished and very bright and has two tall east-facing windows and a small closet (shown both furnished and unfurnished). The room is located off the main stair hallway and has its own entrance, so is very private. Details $925/month + utilities (electricity, gas, and internet). Utilities typically run between $80-160 per month, depending on the season. First, last, and $925 security deposit to move in ($2775 total). Available October 1st.
