Deposit is $900 ($1800 total by move-in date). No overnight guests but exceptions can be made upon request. The bedroom (roughly 10x10 ft) is part of a house shared with 4 other male tenants so please have 1 guest over at a time (they must be accompanied by you outside of your room) and be respectful of noise levels. The bathroom will be shared with two other tenants. The other two tenants have master bedrooms and you typically see them when they're in the kitchen or leaving the house from the front door. Plenty of kitchen/pantry space with two fridges. Washer and dryer are located in the kitchen. House is located near bus stops and grocery stores off the I-805. AC and heaters are not provided. AC usage will be charged based on the monthly bill amount increase.
