This is a temporary, furnished rental on a month-to-month contract for a female renter. I am renting out this room until my fiance and I get married, which will be no earlier than March 2026 but probably not later than that summer. This room would be ideal for someone who is moving to the area and needs a landing pad before finding a permanent place, or who needs a place temporarily. You'll have a bathroom and will have access to a spacious shared kitchen and living room. You would be sharing the common areas with me (master bedroom) and my other renter (other spare room) who is a responsible, single woman in her 20s and has a friendly dog. You'll be only 40 minutes away from Zion National Park, 30 minutes away from St. George, 6 minutes away from downtown Hurricane, and 15 minutes from Sand Hollow. This room and living space is in a beautiful house situated on the hillside with a beautiful view of Pine Valley Mountain and Hurricane Valley. Enjoy the view from your bedroom or our front porch, and enjoy more foliage from the back porch. In your bedroom, you have a Queen bed along with a closet, a dresser, and a small desk. You have a bathroom in the hall and shared access to the laundry room with our cutting-edge washer-dryer combo unit. In the living room (shared space), lounge on our comfy couch or watch TV. In the kitchen and dining room (shared space), enjoy our double oven and gas stove. We have a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. I also have kitchen supplies that you are welcome to use, as well as a few kitchen appliances: a toaster, blender, food processor, and Instant Pot. I have a very large driveway for parking -- it is large enough to accommodate a motor home or boat. I have a large back patio and backyard that has fruit trees (apricot, pomegranate, fig) and artichoke plants. I also have a fire pit! I and my other tenant work from home during the day. I'm happy to be friendly and chat when we cross paths in the common areas! 😊 -- but I'm also happy for you to leave you with your space and privacy.
