The property is located off a paved road in a country setting. More than a retreat for nature enthusiasts and serenity seekers, it is a lovely artist's compound situated on 6 + acres entirely fenced and gated with security cameras. Please note: this property has rocky, uneven terrane with hidden footfalls that can cause a person to trip, fall, and even hurt oneself. Therefore, renter's and their guests are responsible for themselves while on the property. All-wheel or 4-wheel drive is recommended for the winter renter due to the occasional 1"-9" arrival of snow that can make driving the 15 to 20-degree incline on the driveway a challenge. Renters are responsible for clearing winter snow on the walkway to and from the house, parking area, and drive to the main road. This private, one bedroom for one person, room rental, is available for rent now, with a minimum of a 3-month rental contract or more or $850 per month. It has a semi-private, front door entrance into and out of the house. The room is on the 2nd floor in the opposite side of the house from the 2 other adults who occupy the house. Upstairs, there is a private bathroom attached to the bedroom. *Please note: the bedroom for rent now has a queen-sized bed that has replaced the 2 twin beds pictured. Renter fee requirements: Background check fee $100 and security deposit $850 ($750 per months for leases 6 months or more) both due with the application. First month's rent $850 and gate control deposit $50, and $300,000 minimum Renter's Liability Insurance, (approximately $180 per year, depending on the insurance carrier.) These fees are due at the time of move-in. Utilities and WIFI are included. Garage parking space available for $50 per month. Unfortunately, this is not a pet friendly nor is it a smoker/420 friendly property.
