Private Room & Bathroom For Rent I am renting out a room in my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Santa Maria. It is located in the Cassia Apartments off Enos Drive. You will have your own private room and private bathroom. All utilities are covered by myself and I offer wifi for free also. All you are responsible for will be the move in deposit and monthly rent. This will be a month-to-month lease so no minimum time and you can leave when you please with a 30 day notice. The monthly rent is $800. You will have full access to the rest of the house including the kitchen, laundry room (in unit), living room, and patio/backyard. You will have your own designated parking spot with a spot number. The complex features a gym, pool, hot tub (year round) and basketball courts. We are within waking distance of multiple supermarkets and restaurants. No pets allowed unless you want to pay the additional $100 deposit required by Cassia. Also any pets will need to get along with cats, as I have 1 cat. The home and outside areas are all under my personal surveillance so you never have to worry about anything. The only other people living in the home would be myself, a 27 year old woman, and my husband is here part time (3 days per week) as he works a lot.
