Located a short walk away from Whatcom Falls Park and Galbraith Mountain. The room for rent is 10’ 6” x 11’ 9” with a large walk in closet for a total of 166 sq ft. The bedroom includes a bed, desk, and dresser. There is an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs bathroom that will both be shared by everyone in the house. My name is Jonny, and I’m the owner of the house. I’m a 38 year old single male, and I work as a nurse at skagit valley hospital. I have a dog, Hilda, that will be living with us. In my free time I like to play piano, go on bike rides, hikes, and play computer games and board games. I’m looking for a roommate that: * Cleans up after themselves in shared rooms, and is willing to help with chores. * Values contributing to peaceful living space. * Doesn’t use smoke, doesn’t use drugs, and either moderately uses alcohol or doesn’t drink. * Is accepting of people of all ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations. Please note: * First month’s rent will be prorated based on move in date. * $400 damage deposit due with first and last months on move-in. * Lease lengths preferred for 6 months; other lengths are negotiable * Utilities will be split equally among roommates.
