We have a comfy, lightly furnished room for rent in a large house with 2 older dudes who are doing their own thing/small business. We're creative here so you might hear some weird music and you might smell some specialty tobacco smoke. We have a cat. 420 is ok within reason. No hard partying tho and definitely no hard drugs. Must pass a background check. Prove income. Have a reference or 2. If you're just a cool, respectful person we'd love to have you be our housemate! Your room is furnished with a new memory foam mattress for incredible sleep! You can use the provided fire tv with all the channels and extra services. We have one bathroom. We try to be quick. Sound sleeper is a plus as we have creaky stairs above the the room. We don't have extra storage outside of your room. Community kitchen. All utilities are paid. We're in the Lincoln District close to Downtown and The Mall. We are also on the bike path to PLU.
