Looking for a FEMALE roommate in this first floor apartment in Bushwick! OCTOBER 1st MOVE IN 5 minute walk from the Wilson Ave subway, 10 minute walk from the J/Z at Chauncey, and easy access to many buses! The room itself is on the smaller side, but for $750 a month its tough to beat. Plus I managed to fit a lot in there, especially with the very deep closet. COMES WITH the bed, the wooden floor shelves in the closet, and the black floor lamp, but if you'd like to negotiate out a price for the shoe rack, book stand, black cube bins, or mirrors, I'd be happy to discuss that! PARKING SPOT AVAILABLE! You would be living with 2 other women in their mid-late twenties. Everyone works full time and isn't home often. One of them has a bathroom in her room, so you'd be sharing the hallway bathroom with only one other roommate. Everyone is super respectful, and cleans up after themselves which is quite nice. There is a catch that there are no guests allowed! I loved this as it meant I never had to worry about noise, unfamiliar people rifling through my things, or scary strangers in my home. However, if you have a partner you intend to have over, this may not be the space for you. The area is really sweet and very neighborly. There was a block party just 2 weeks ago! Some cool bars in the area too, and a LOT of bars and night life just a couple stops away on the L. If I were staying in the city, I wouldn't be leaving this deal! I'm just moving in with family out of state due to unfortunate family circumstances. On average, utilities are $15-20 a month. No pets, no kids. PARKING SPOT AVAILABLE!!
