Super comfortable and quiet bi-level home to share in a very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood available for a roommate. Near N. Academy Blvd./Austin Bluffs Parkway. The terms of the lease are month-to-month. First and last month of $750.00 are required, as well as a $400.00 refundable security deposit. Although the lease is on a month to month basis, I am looking for a tenant whose plans are to stay for at least 6-12 months. I am a Mental Health Professional and have a home office that requires confidentiality, so I am looking for a roommate who works away from the home during traditional working hours from 8am-5pm, M-F. I can work with you on sick days, snow days and vacations. All inclusive rate included: rent, utilities, water, gas, weekly trash pick-up, Roku streaming service with premium services of Amazon Prime, Hulu as well as local TV channels, & WiFi. Your private living quarters include the entire lower level of the home which is fully furnished with: • living room area with gas fireplace •bedroom area •TV/DVD player with HDMI • Kitchenette - fully stocked of kitchen/dining supplies • Private bathroom stocked with all necessary linens • Laundry room with W/D (shared) • Closet with storage area, clothes rack & shoe rack • Garaged parking space • Access to patio and backyard The Layout: The entire lower level which is very spacious. On one side is a living room area with loveseat, bar height table and stools, desk and gas fireplace. On the other side has a kitchenette, the bedroom area and private bathroom (shower stall, no tub). Also on the lower level is a two car deep garage with plenty of room a parking space for the tenants vehicle. The fully equipped kitchenette. You can pretty much do anything except cook a full size turkey because there is not a full size oven. There’s a full-sized stand up freezer in the garage, a few feet away from the efficiency, that I share space with the tenant. Common areas: *A laundry room (located on tenants lower level) * Patio and fenced-in private quiet & serene back yard. I am a responsible female looking for the right professional person of quality and character. This efficiency is for single occupancy only because there is simply not enough room from a physical standpoint, therefore visitors are welcome, but no overnights please). I am seeking someone who is a non-smoker, responsible, dependable, drug-free, mature with no criminal background to be verified. The efficiency used to be a family room, so there is no door going from the garage into the efficiency on the lower level of the home.. Instead, I have installed blackout curtains to create privacy and a "closed off" feel to the lower level. (Although you will almost never see me in the lower level) I have a dog, (and a cat) who I rescued & has issues. So, as much as I love all animals, unfortunately no animals for now, please.
