At one time I was prepping the place for AirBnB rental (Rustic Lodge Style) but with C-19 and other factors, it will stay with traditional renting for now. Your room is FURNISHED with a Log Queen Bed, Dresser & Lamp. I'm the home owner and I also live in the house. You will Share a full bathroom with shower downstairs next to your downstairs bedroom (with access to upstairs bathroom when downstairs bathroom is busy). Remodel of Patio (under deck) and Renter's Downstairs Kitchenette is still in progress and can be enjoyed by you when finished. Rent includes, use of HOT TUB, washer, dryer, newly remodeled kitchen with new gas stove, (limited use of Traeger Pellet smoker/grill), use of additional BBQ gas grill, new huge upstairs Deck with hammocks and fire pit, everything you would hope/expect, your own private room and renter's shared living area, 420 friendly, otherwise NO SMOKING. There is one sweet dog here but no other pets allowed...sorry! You can move in with a 6-Month minimum lease with first month deposit required, we'll start with a 30-day trial period on the lease to be sure we like living together and after that we will work it out.
